Beautiful hotel, but make sure yoi stay in the Jomtein wing, as the rooms have been upgraded, and they are lovely and spacious.

Nice hotel. The location is good for both the second Jomtien and the first there are exits. there are also two pools in the hotel itself, downstairs with a mini playground and a large pool (different levels in the pool for both kids and adults) and a small pool on the 3rd floor, but there is a depth of 1.2 and 1.4 meters. there are 2 breakfast places on the territory of the hotel, breakfast is a normal menu periodically change something. The hotel itself has a bowling alley of 140 baht per person per game, 40 baht for boots, and if you need socks, they sell for 30 baht. there is also billiards classic and American.

酒店位置很好離海灘很近，早餐還可以，但是房間設施也是真的老舊，房間不隔音，隔壁在説什么聽的一清二楚，不知道是不是被區別對待安排在了舊樓，房間里有螞蟻，床墊呈U型，人躺上去感覺陷進去了，房間也很小，不知道評分是怎么來的，不建議入住。

Great location. Very big hotel with multiple wings. Busy time of year I know, but not enough seating, lounges around pool during the day. Could fit many more at 3rd floor pool area. Breakfast was good with many selections. Room I had was old but very clean and fine for me. Room safety box wasn't working, I asked multiple times but it wasn't fixed. Overall very good location to stay with friendly staff. Access to beach, shops, a few bars, restaurants, motorbike hire, baht buses etc all very easy. Good for families with 10 Pin Bowling, Snooker, Play room, Mini Mart inside the hotel.

The pool area is amazing. The elevators are a bit older and don t have a sensor. So you may be hit by them. Also it can be quite some time to wait for them, especially in the morning. Maybe I was just unlucky as I was coming here during high season.

Excellent service, nice and clean facility, nice pool, friendly staff, great location. Breakfast has variety of choices and very delicious.

房間收拾的乾凈，酒店裝修很老舊了，早餐天天一樣，很多印度人入住，電梯壞了一個兩天也沒人修，辦入住直接給了個殘疾人????房間，后來交涉給換了個普通房間。可能十年前是很好的酒店

當初想說價格不錯、星級夠，且走出去就是海灘。不過飯店明顯很有年代感，感覺得出已過了當年的輝煌期。最令人在意的是打掃很不確實，剛入住竟然還看到上個房客留下的東西在冰箱里，床也有明顯塌陷；反應后雖然換了房，也算有誠意地升等到海景三人房，但細看很多地方還是沒打掃乾凈，或許這里的房務人員也正忙著「渡假」吧。此外，這棟飯店樓層很多，卻只有兩部電梯在運作，尖峰時刻等電梯真的等得很心累。最扯的是，飯店里居然有保齡球館跟撞球桌，這在現代飯店已經很少見了，雖然都要額外付費，但這設施配置確實讓人大開眼界。喜歡的點是泳池非常漂亮，早餐用餐環境則很有在郵輪上的氛圍，只是因為住房的人蠻多，有時候需要等一下才會有位子吃飯。

食早餐方面標準，但不太多選擇，房間整體太殘舊，尤其是洗手間，沐浴位置硬件太殘舊，有點臟，燈光太暗，唯空調很足夠，地點也是好，大泳池位置有點臟太多樹葉冇人請理，柜臺服務也算不錯，環境不錯！整體只給三星半！謝謝
